ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Classification Management Officer to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- The Classification Management Officer provides comprehensive classification management guidance in accordance with Executive Orders, National Security Guidelines, and ICD 710: Classification Management and Control Markings System
- Perform detailed analysis and quick issue resolution
- Provide classification, control marking, and dissemination principles knowledge
- Generate, track, coordinate, and respond to action items in a timely manner
- Conduct classification reviews
- Identify and assess sources for classification determinations
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of security experience & Bachelor's Degree in any field; OR 12 years of experience & Associates in any field; OR 5 years of experience & Master's degree
- Experience with complex security classification issues
- Thorough understanding of Executive Order 13526 and it's implementing directive
- Ability to utilize effective writing, communication and research skills
- Understanding security policies related to the IC and customer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to assist the government in the Integrated Security Assessment Program (ISAP)
- Experience working with industrial security staffs
- Experience working with SAP/CAP information
- Experience with National Industry Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) security policy and procedures
- Working knowledge of acquisition lifecycle security requirements
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
