ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented CNO Data SME to join our team in San Antonio, TX, in support of the Air Force's Unified Platform (UP) program. This is a hybrid work position, 2 or 3 days onsite and 2 or 3 days remotely. Candidates local to San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as CNO Data Engineer for UP and responsible for applying associated standards for an integrated set of technologies, and processes to ingest, store, share, enrich, manage, and analyze authoritative data sources in support of offensive and defense operations with intelligence and mission partners (to include private sector).
- Apply SME guidance in the implementation of the UP Data Fabric for big data management and system-of-system federation of data and interoperability.
- Apply Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI) techniques and algorithms to achieve UP Data objectives and enhance current capabilities.
- Collaborate with developers, system engineers, tester, operators, and customer program management to ensure quality product deliverable.
- Work within a Scaled Agile Framework Team environment.
- Explain complex issues to others in a manner that facilitates informed decision making.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 9 or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience executing Data Operations for big data applications.
- Demonstrated work experience with DevSecOps technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Nexus, Artifactory, Fortify, SD Elements, etc.
- Experience with technical requirements analysis, dependency resolution, risk management, task tracking, and schedule management.
- Experience interfacing with customer leadership, user community members, and teams of software developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DoD DevSecOps Reference Architecture and Guidelines
- Experience with Big Data Platforms.
- Experience with cATO and CtF processes.
- Ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing to present technical details to audiences of varying technical depth.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II or greater certification.
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) certification.
- Kubernetes certification.
Clearance Requirements:
- US Citizenship required
- TS/SCI-eligible clearance required
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
