Key Responsibilities are included but not limited to:
Providing SharePoint support to users, including creating and maintaining libraries, lists, forms, apps, pages, and navigation.
Implement functional features in the Knowledge Center Portal based on requirements gathered formally and informally through interaction with Program Management Office personnel.
Create solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Manage SharePoint permissions via M365 and SharePoint groups.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to SharePoint requests.
Design SharePoint site and page templates, layouts, documentation, training documents, presentations and other related material.
Perform all types of administrative and development support as applicable to the agency’s SharePoint needs.
Analyze, troubleshoot and provide solutions to SharePoint sites. All findings, recommendations and actions shall be reported in the Monthly Status Report.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online.
Preferred 3-5 years of SharePoint administration and support experience, preferably in the Federal/DoD environment.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related fields, but not required.
