THE WORK
The Multi-Domain Combat Solutions market segment, within the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors (IWSS) line of business, is seeking a Program Management Director to lead the International Mission Systems (IMS) organization. This portfolio, which exceeds $800M in scope annually, includes the strategy, growth, and program execution of Europe, Asia and Australia Mission Systems programs. In addition, the IMS PM Director leads the Export Policy & Strategy team.
This position will be responsible for driving program execution, capturing new business, and achieving financial and schedule objectives. The IMS PM Director will develop and execute long-term strategies to grow business internationally in support of IWSS' strategic plan. The Director will also be responsible for managing senior level customer relationships both domestically and internationally and will have overall responsibility for contract cost, schedule, and technical performance across the large portfolio. This position is directly responsible for 40 employees located in the U.S., Spain and Australia, and indirectly leads a workforce of over 1,000 team members who support IMS efforts.
The position is located in Moorestown, NJ and the candidate will be expected to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Basic Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a Program Management Director
• Program management leadership of large and complex programs including capture leadership and portfolio management
• Experience on complex hardware / production programs, including new development & transition to production efforts
• Experience leading proposals and capture efforts
• Demonstrated customer relationship skills with an ability to engage at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Effective people leadership skills with a track record of talent development
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically approx. 25%
Desired Skills:
• Experience working both production & development programs
• Experience leading international programs

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
