This role is at the heart of national electronic warfare and mission planning operations, offering the chance to make a significant impact.

As an ELINT Warfare Analyst, you'll be diving deep into the engineering assessments of radar and weapons systems, supporting mission-critical electronic warfare databases, and managing software products that drive the Combat Support Database (CSDB). Your work will directly support the integration of data standards into the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to government stakeholders on optimal methods for data collection and processing, while developing tools to automate these processes where feasible.
  • Create and refine requirements for tools that enhance intelligence analysis, leveraging both single-INT and multi-INT data sources.
  • Format and deliver CSDB studies to meet the exacting requirements of the JMPS community, fueling mission planning across the Combat Air Forces (CAF).
  • Collaborate with the Interface Community Working Group (ICWG) to ensure end-user needs for threat parametric data are met with precision.
  • Develop, disseminate, and maintain databases on threat systems, aligning all products and analyses with community guidelines and standards.
  • Foster consistency in processes, standards, and procedures across ACC ISR units and end users, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Oversee Intel Security Markings requirements in coordination with appropriate agencies to maintain compliance and accuracy.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Extensive experience in Air Force ISR and Mission Planning.
  • Familiarity with Standoff Munitions, Air-to-Ground Munitions, Decoys, Jamming Effectiveness, CLOAR, CSAR, and CAF mission planning environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in AF DGCS Weapons systems.
  • Proficiency with DIA’s Modernized Intelligence Database (MIDB), CORNERSTONE, and Mission Planning Order of Battle (MPOB).

This is an opportunity to contribute to critical operations and work at the forefront of national security intelligence. If you’re ready to bring your expertise to the mission, we want to hear from you!
