- What You'll Do:
- PMT Metrics Analyst Management Analyst (Mid)
- The PMT supports IPO-230 division by assessing enterprise-wide portfolio performance, developing assessment products, and providing management recommendations. The team enables Navy IPO FMS Speed initiatives. Business process experience, with a preferred focus on security assistance, or security cooperation..
- Support DoN and DoD security cooperation, security assistance and FMS assessments, staff organization, and administrative requirements.
- Analyze enterprise-wide FMS case development and execution data, identify indicator metrics, and make policy, programs, and performance recommendations.
- Identify FMS case development critical paths, assess trends, and analyze data.
- Through continuous process improvement, identify sources of friction or barriers and provide timely recommendations to management
- Routinely assess overall case/program status and provide advice on progress and relevant timelines. Provide quarterly Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) exhibiting actual case / program status against pre-defined expectations.
- Use DSAMS, SCIP, and related information management systems to support case management analysis.
- Support FMS case lifecycle metric data calls.
- Develop various reports and presentations for formal case reviews / meetings. Annotate such efforts in monthly report.
- Assist with special projects (section 887 report, detailed analysis and trend identification, etc.)
- Provide advice, analysis, counsel, coordination, and prepare technical papers regarding strategic goals, protocol issues, meetings and symposiums, and conferences.
- Attend and maintain minutes for FMS enterprise activities and meetings for IPO-230.
- Must be able to keep all systems' access current.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with five years' relevant experience in security assistance (SA) / security cooperation (SC) is required. Should have analytic background, able to synthesize and make assessments regarding trends and recommend actions from thorough analysis. A general understanding of FMS programs and roles and functions of the DoD SA/FMS process is desired.
- Five additional years' experience can offset the Bachelor's Degree requirement (total of 10 years of relevant experience).
- Other Requirements:
- Active Secret clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system

- Familiar with Case Development processes, tools, opportunities and policies.
- Background in management support to analyze enterprise performance desired.
- Understanding of FMS and industry best practices

- USD $71,000 - $75,000
- Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
