This role will also support ad hoc projects, including graphics, recruiting, HR projects, and administrative tasks, requiring a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional.

Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) is seeking a Communications & HR Intern to lead efforts in branding, digital media, corporate communications and human resources to enhance CPT's visibility and reputation both internally and externally. This role will also support ad hoc projects, including graphics, recruiting, HR projects, and administrative tasks, requiring a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies to promote CPT's services, values, and achievements across the government contracting industry. Create and implement branding strategies targeted at specific customers, markets, or opportunities.
- Manage and maintain corporate branding across all platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals. Oversee the company's digital presence, including managing content for the corporate website and social media platforms. Create and schedule engaging posts to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement. Analyze digital metrics and provide recommendations for improving online performance.
- Draft, edit, and/or publish internal and external communications, such as newsletters, press releases, and announcements. Develop messaging for executive leadership and special projects.
- Design and develop graphics for marketing materials, proposals, and presentations. Collaborate with teams to ensure the visual design aligns with project and corporate goals.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, including talent acquisition and recruiting, resume formatting, and proposal or other deliverable editing and content.
Requirements
Must be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Human Resources, or related field.
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in content creation and digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across stakeholder groups to produce desired outcomes.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze information.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Must be eligible for a U.S. Security Clearance
