IP Solutions Specialist

Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a qualified and experienced Integrated Platform Solutions Specialist to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Port Hueneme, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project focused on the development and security of web-based applications and systems for the U.S. Navy. This position is fully on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain web-based applications using C#, .NET, and Java technologies, with a primary focus on .NET application development.
• Ensure the security of web environments by adhering to the DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs).
• Design, develop, and manage production MS SQL-driven applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Configure and administer Microsoft IIS, .NET Framework, Integrated Windows Authentication, Kerberos, Directory Services Authentication, PKI, SSL, and troubleshoot associated issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex distributed systems, ensuring smooth implementation and integration of enterprise application/database/web platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration and testing of various enterprise solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline
  Nine (9) years of equivalent IT experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree, with the specified qualifications below.
  
• At least 5 years' experience in the following:
  • Development of web-based applications using C#, .NET, and Java technologies, with a focus on .NET application development.
  • Securing web environments in compliance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs).
  • Development of production-level MS SQL-driven applications.
  • SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online (SPO) engineering for enterprise solutions.
  • Building AJAX-enabled .NET web applications using Visual Studio, version control systems, HTTP, and REST architecture.
  • Configuration and administration of Microsoft IIS and the .NET Framework, including Windows Authentication, Kerberos, Directory Services Authentication, PKI, and SSL.
  • Delivering, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems.
• At least 4 years' experience in the following:
  • Implementation, integration, and testing of enterprise application/database/web platforms.
    
  • Identity management and PKI infrastructure.
    
  • Development of enterprise solutions using C# .NET that interface with Active Directory Services and Azure Active Directory.
    
  • Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) development and implementations.
    
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks including:
    
    • ASP.NET (C#, C++, MVC, WCF, Data Services, Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL, LINQ, AJAX)
      
    • PowerShell, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Java
      
    • SQL/T-SQL/CLR, XML, HTML, CSS, REST
      

Additional Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance is required at the time of application.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a related field
  
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Security+
  
• Familiarity with DoD IT environments and security standards
