We require a Cybersecurity Standardization and Evaluation Analyst based in San Antonio, TX with a desire to actively defend the mission systems critical to our national defense. We will support Government's operations standardization and improvement efforts. Support includes: Oversee the facilitation, guidance, tracking, and documenting of standardization efforts across mission essential task areas, including: configuration of tools and development of standardized concept documents, local job guides, checklists, training, Training Task Lists, Training Analysis Worksheets, and Crew Aids
As a Standardization and Evaluation Analyst the candidate will Assist mission teams and operators to help them complete technical tasks and achieve standardization by providing templates, suggested content, and best practices Provide insights, including input and analysis detailing ways to support the Government's efforts to standardize and improve operations as deficiencies or inconsistencies are identified.

Work you'll do
- Rapidly deliver cyber services through the application of industry-leading practices.
- More effectively identify, evaluate, and scale innovative emerging technology capabilities to drive productivity, operational efficiency, and security outcomes.
- Maintain a holistic view of Cyber Operations to provide on-demand expertise for any situation, anticipate service variance, and optimize enterprise performance.
- Support, advise and assist the client Standardization and Evaluation Office in developing the cybersecurity program.
- Support, advise and assist the Standardization and Evaluation Office to update the products and processes required for the program and work with each of the operational unit's offices for Scheduling, Training, Standards and Evaluations, and Weapons and Tactics to fully establish an effective program.
- Support, advise and assist the Standardization and Evaluation Office implement the program to train clients on the system and ensure clients operating the system are certified Mission Ready (MR) and maintain proficiency for the duration of their tour.

Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, Math or in other business-related fields or high school diploma plus 9 years of work experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
- Travel up to 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 2 years of technical experience in cyber-defense or cybersecurity related fields (e.g., operations, networking, infrastructure).
- 2 years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
- 2 years of experience with cybersecurity standards such as KPIs and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Previous Security Operations Center experience
- Certifications such as (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEG, CISSP)
