The Opportunity:
CACI has an excellent opportunity for a cleared, experienced, self-directed, Senior Strategic Communications and Outreach Specialist. This role will support a long term, multi-year, high performing program responsible for the installation, configuration and deployment of a new PeopleSoft implementation for a classified government customer.
Note: An Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required. This role is located on site in Chantilly, VA.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The Opportunity:

This role will support a long term, multi-year, high performing program responsible for the installation, configuration and deployment of a new PeopleSoft implementation for a classified government customer.

Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will brainstorm, design, and implement a plan to communicate the IT specific elements of an enterprise-wide system implementation.
- As the Strategic Communications and Customer Outreach specialist, you will create articles, quick reference guides, infographics, webpage content, as well as facilitating working groups, customer engagements, and briefing senior leadership on progress.
- The communications specialist is responsible for managing all formal communications with internal project team and external stakeholders. The communications specialist will collaborate with customers and stakeholders to determine their specific requirements for communications as well as determining the frequency and the format of each communication.
- The candidate will coordinate events and facilitate both internal and stakeholder meetings.
- The candidate will have the ability to collaborate and understand team and customer vision and articulate in written, graphical and presentation format (i.e. Power Point).
- The communication specialist will manage and ensure currency of program artifacts and manage regular program communications.
Qualifications:
- Must have an TS/SCI with POLY Clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of relevant strategic marketing communications experience
- Experienced in Power Point and visualization and reporting tools
- Adaptable to changing circumstances, operational needs and technologies
- The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner.
- The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.
- The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers, project team and system users.
