The Opportunity:

Seeking a talented Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Engineering and Implementation (E&I) Deputy Program Manager who is responsible for establishing and implementing project management processes and methodologies for the CACI SIPRMOD Program to ensure Program and Project tasks are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards that meet or exceed Customer expectations. As a member of CACI Secure Networking and Computing Team (SNC), you will be assigned as the Deputy Program Manager for the Army Global SIPR Network (GSN) Program overseeing all aspects of Project Implementation. You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs), Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), Estimates At Completion (EACs), Risk Registers, Stakeholder Registers, Project Management Reviews (PMR) and other associated Project artifacts.

The candidate will create Milestone and Deliverable schedules for Initial Operational Capability (IOC) and Final Operational Capability (FOC) efforts and will manage/oversee the implementation of all Contract Deliverables required to successfully close out all sub-projects.

The Deputy Program Manager will be required to track all contract deliverables and keep internal CACI SNC Staff and Customers informed when Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINs) are initiated, executed, and closed out.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments, direct and monitor work efforts on a daily basis, identify resource requirements, perform quality assurance assessments and reviews; and escalate cost, schedule and performance issues when required.
  • Actively reach out to government and/or CACI Project Managers or Project Representatives for status and feedback on how to improve efficiencies.
  • Hold/Attend weekly meetings with the Customer throughout the lifecycle of the project, create meeting minutes for distribution to all actively involved team members and the CACI Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Act as a liaison for Field Engineers when work stoppages are experienced, facilitate CSfC equipment procurement through Sales to expeditiously deliver equipment to Field Engineers.
  • Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of the CACI PMO and Army Customers.
  • Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
  • Work with the CACI SNC Sr. Program Manager and Director, Technical Service Delivery to identify and prioritize opportunities utilizing IT solutions to achieve the goals of the overall SIPRMOD Program.
  • Manage one or more cross-functional sub-projects of medium to high complexity in support of the overall Program objectives.
  • Periodically travel on-site to Customer locations for project meetings and PMRs.
  • Assist and Coordinate with the O&M Project Manager to identify trends across projects and identify root causes and develop solutions for improvements for internal Implementation processes.
  • Provide weekly/monthly internal briefings and updates to CACI SNC Staff as required.


Qualifications:
Required:
  • US Citizen with DoD Secret (Or above) clearance required.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent of 15+ years of Information Technology project experience.
  • DOD contracting experience with IT E&I and O&M projects significantly preferred.
  • Strong IT background in Networks and Systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency in all phases of project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively influence people.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage from a project schedule with detailed tasks, dependencies, and leveled resource allocations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport and credibility with business and technology leaders of all levels.
  • Experience with the creation of written Project Management and technical documentation and tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
  • PMI-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.


Desired:
  • 10+ Years Experience with managing Large/Complex DoD Projects and Programs.
  • Experience in NSA's Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) or related Cross Domain technologies (Archon, AFRL SecureView, Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client, etc.).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,500 - $181,500
