Launched in April 2024, we are reimagining Service Operations through innovation, automation, and Operational Excellence. Our team is at the forefront of standardizing and improving critical workflows including credential rotations, host maintenance, deployments, and resource synthesis across ADC regions. We're focused on driving efficiencies through innovation while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance in these sensitive environments.

A successful ADCE II joining our team will work closely with ADC Service Teams and commercial partners to ensure reliable service operations in restricted access environments. They will dive deeply into technical issues, drive automation initiatives, and work diligently to improve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will...
- Be passionate about operational excellence. Our team believes in doing things right the first time and continuously improving. The right candidate will thrive on identifying and eliminating frequent manual tasks through automation and process improvement.
- Have strong technical breadth with depth in key areas. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple AWS services and understand the unique requirements of ADC environments. You understand the architectures, interactions, and dependencies of services in your scope and can serve as a point of contact for a subset of these services.
- Love solving complex problems. The ideal candidate will excel at diagnosing and resolving difficult technical issues, particularly those unique to ADC regions. You have strong troubleshooting skills and can determine appropriate mitigations while driving toward long-term solutions.
- Think systematically. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability across ADC operations. You will help define and implement standardized workflows that can scale across multiple regions and services.

This is an exciting opportunity to use the latest cloud computing technologies to help U.S. Intelligence Community implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve technical problems. We are building some of the largest and most complex distributed systems in the world, and we need adaptable people to help us implement and operate them.

This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
