You will be the Advanced Processor Electronics Design Lead for our Advanced Processor design team, responsible for leading a cross-functional hardware team throughout the entire product lifecycle. Our team is responsible for designing and developing innovative processor solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Advanced Processor Electronics Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of hardware engineers, including precision mechanical design, electrical engineers, structural and thermal analysts, electromechanical designers, components engineering, and materials engineering. Your responsibilities will include:
• Tracking progress of all hardware design activities and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure processor builds meet program schedules
• Leading a team to design and develop advanced processor solutions, from concept to production
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical risks, and ensure successful project execution
• Leading a transition to production team to optimize high-rate production processes and ensure efficient manufacturing

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering is required.
• Project lead experience is required.
• Needs ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance. US citizenship required.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with EO/IR sensors and/or optical systems are highly desirable.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize conflicting efforts and priorities is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting product in a production environment is highly desirable.
• Experience with lab and flight integration and test support is desirable.
• Experience on SAR programs/contracts is a plus.
• CAM experience/training is a plus.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
