What We Offer:
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What You Will Do:
- Perform subcontract management of purchase orders utilizing integrated supply chain models
- Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQ, RFP, and RFI
- Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques
- Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms)
- Place and Manage Purchase Orders of high dollars and complexity including Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed and Time & Material through the lifecycle of the Purchase Order to include Closeout
- Manages escalations and resolution of internal customer and/or supplier issues
- Manage financial goals in relation to our subcontract deliveries
- Drive the success of meeting business factory MRP
- Drive the success for metrics, Late to Place, Late to Dock, Delinquent Material, etc.
- Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements (technical as well as quality)
- Travel to RTX and supplier facilities as deemed necessary - typical travel may be quarterly or more
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or similar role
- Experience with Supply Chain/Procurement processes, supplier interface and purchase order placement
- Experience with SAP/PRISM
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within other heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation or automotive
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and in an organized manner, with strong customer service focus
- Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, Contract Closeout, etc.)
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Finance or STEM field
- Experience in the Aerospace/Defense industry
- Ability to analyze Cost and Pricing Data and determine proposal compliance
- Ability to understand technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statements of Work (SOW)
- Ability to process information and manage multiple conflicting priorities to drive to successful outcome (i.e., multi-task)
