ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain baselined integrated government schedules (IGS) in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts.
  • Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information relevant to the integrated government schedule.
  • Analyzing schedule data related to programs/projects and/or processes using MS Project and MS Excel.
  • Formatting and presenting schedule information such as critical path, look ahead, what-if, and metrics using OnePager Professional, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
  • Facilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program or project stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering and 4+ years of experience with networked schedule development, critical path method, baseline and status using milestones, task, duration, lead/lag, and other standard data points/aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis; Associate's degree may be substituted with 8+ years of experience, OR, HS Diploma with 10+ years of experience in leu of bachelor's degree.
  • Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Experience interfacing with senior level clients, providing analysis of schedule, schedule drivers/impacts, and providing possible improvement/resolution/mitigation solutions


Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
  • Experience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BI.
  • Experience with technical program management support.


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance to start.


Physical Requirements:
  • Tasking is primarily computer based.
  • The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. Zoom, TEAMS).
