Security Manager for a CCMD J39 Branch. Will oversee the security and documentation, presentation, and processing for a CCMD SAP facility to include acting as Security Administrator and operational planning support for compartmentalized and sensitive plans and operations. Responsible for program collateral security management, execution of security policies and requirements for SAPs under the CCMD portfolio. Responsible processing, developing, and refining of planning documents, requests, briefings and associated documentation in support of compartmentalized planning materials. Assists the Govt with the Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) and other pertinent security issues.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Provide Policy and planning support as it pertains to CJCS and DoD regulations for operating and processing sensitive and compartmentalized documentation, planning support for approval in accredited spaces and SAP facilities.
• Provides administrative, coordination and oversight to the planning, security and conduct for the Sensitive Activities Working Group, the Sensitive Activities Oversight Board, and the Sensitive Activities Oversight Council within the Combatant Command staff and support Component level offices.
• Responsible for implementation, oversight, and centralized control of USCENTCOM SAP facility & C2 systems
• Interacts with CCMD counterintelligence section for sensitive planning inputs, oversight, tracking and processing of planning and security personnel documentation for approval through the Combatant Command in coordination with the appropriate DoD, Joint Staff, Service and interagency support offices.
• Performs and enforces routine system administrator duties as Security Manager for the facility in cooperation with the government Special Access Program Manager.
• Review proposed new programs, projects, exercises, experiments, and tests for integration into the current CCMD review and approval structure and SOPs,
• Deconflicts current and future planning documentation and approvals in coordination with other combatant commands, the Joint Staff, service departments and other U.S. government agencies.
• Controls and processes classified media and information, transfers files between local systems to storage devices, and properly dispose of media.
• Support Program/Billet Access Request (PAR/BAR). Prepare and process billet access requests (BARs) for Government approval.
• Meet all required PII and record management requirements for all planning and associated support records.

- NOTE: This is a part-time/20-hour week position.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of security administration experience in industrial security program.
- Excellent written communication, report writing, and presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge using database management within Planning Decision Aid System (PDAS), Joint Access Database Environment (JADE)
- Clear understanding of counterintelligence sensitive personnel and planning documentation processing.
- Clear understanding of Service equity and interagency compartmentalized planning processes.
- TS/SCI Clearance; US Citizenship required
