Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Tactical Mobile (TacMobile) Systems Lifecycle Support team supporting the NIWC Atlantic TacMobile IPT with the sustainment of the existing fielded configurations as well as developing and fielding future capabilities for the TacMobile sites (USN, RAAF and FMS customers). This individual will be at the forefront of our program, financial, schedule, and task order management to ensure all work conducted is planned and executed in a manner achieves cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet the Navy's TacMobile objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, logisticians, trainers, information technology/information systems staff and support staff.
2. Program Management:
- Manage the overall program budget, schedule, and resources effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance against objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
3. Technical Expertise:
- Possess an understanding of the TacMobile Program of Record (POR) and the three configurations.
- Oversee the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of TacMobile systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and challenges.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Interface with senior Navy officials, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate program status, issues, and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Government and industry partners to leverage technological advancements for future TacMobile capabilities and innovations.
5. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure TacMobile program success.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables.
6. Team Leadership and Development:
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the program team.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, decisions, and outcomes.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
The successful candidate must have:
- Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline
- Fifteen (15) years of direct work experience in support of Command & Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Platforms.
- Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Test & Evaluation of C2 and/or ISR Platforms.
- Five (5) years as project manager of C2 and/or ISR Platforms (e.g. TacMobile Program of Record) to include: Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Writing Proposals and Preparing Bids, and Equipment and Material Logistics Control. Note: Experience may be concurrent. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales and Foreign Disclosure requirements.
- Familiarity with ITAR and Export Control.
