Job Description
Looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager II to support the FAST Labs Microelectronics Product Line. The role work closely with the Microelectronics Product Line Director to help launch the microelectronics product catalog, and will be heavily involved in securing Commerical Item Determination (CID) on aspects of the portfolio.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $132000 - $224400
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager II to support the FAST Labs Microelectronics Product Line. The role work closely with the Microelectronics Product Line Director to help launch the microelectronics product catalog, and will be heavily involved in securing Commerical Item Determination (CID) on aspects of the portfolio.
- Support the launch of the microelectronics product catalog, including obtaining Commercial Item Determination (CID) on appropriate products
- Support implementation of new policies & procedures to support this type of work, relatively new within the ES Sector
- Anticipate high visibility with both FAST Labs and ES Leadership Teams
- Support a diverse product line that includes both production and R&D work across multiple sites
- Applicants must be self-motivated and able to work in an unstructured environment; many aspects of the role will be defined as it evolves
- As the Finance Manager, you will lead a team of employees and assume financial responsibility for your Product Lines
Responsibilities include:
- Providing full business partner support to the Product Line leadership team
- Microelectronics cost management
- Leading a team of individuals who support microelectronic production and R&D efforts
- Product Line financial performance, forecasting and reporting
- Program support and financial execution
- NBF and Capital planning
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Finance (or related field) + 10 years experience
- Ability to work hybrid in Merrimack, NH
- Prior program finance experience, preferably in both production and R&D environments.
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problem using ingenuity and innovation
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse work teams.
- Proven leadership skills and an ability to train and mentor staff.
- Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections.
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgement while complying with policies and procedures.
- Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policy.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with microelectronics manufacturing financials and analysis
- Experience with Commercial Item Determination (CID)
- Prior program finance experience, preferably in both production and R&D environments.
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer and Cobra.
