Piper Companies is looking for a Change Manager to join a dynamic team onsite 2 days per week in Morrisville, NC for a short term contract with potential to extend . This ideal Change Manager will contribute to the revitalization and creation of training content, working closely with Subject Matter Experts and driving change management initiatives.
Responsibilities for the Change Manager:
• Assess and update existing training materials to ensure they are current and relevant.
• Develop new training materials, including quizzes and assessments, to enhance learning absorption and retention.
• Partner with subject matter experts to review and validate training content, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
• Identify gaps in current content and propose alternative solutions for SME approval.
• Communicate change initiatives to the team, promoting awareness, training, and a shift in mentality from current to future state.
• Work alongside subject matter experts to drive enablement and adoption efforts, ensuring successful implementation of new content and practices.
Qualifications for the Change Manager:
• 5+ years of experience in change management and training content development.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and Slido.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts
• Excellent communication and messaging skills to drive change initiatives.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects and take proactive actions.
Compensation/Benefits for the Change Manager:
• Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays.
