Python Developer (Homeland Security)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Python Developer to support a long term Department of Homeland Security program. This work is fully remote.

Responsibilities of the Python Developer:

· Write well-structured Python Code in an AWS environment

· Understand data pipelines and design patterns

· Develop data stores, APIs, and ETL functionality

· Deliver reliable and scalable solutions

· Contribute to code repositories and demo during sprints

Requirements of the Python Developer:

· 10+ years of experience in software engineering

· Strength in Python and related libraries

· Experience with multiple storage solutions and data structures

· Experience in microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD in an AWS environment

· MUST be eligible for DHS Suitability

Compensation for the Python Developer:

· Annual salary: $135,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
