Senior Cloud Engineer (TS/SCI)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join a Government Consulting company located in Lorton, VA through 100% full onsite presence. The Senior Cloud Engineer will use cutting-edge cloud and data technologies to streamline services to our clients.

Responsibilities of the Senior Cloud Engineer include:

• Perform the Enclave Administrator (EA) role on behalf of the Customer
• System health monitoring include Azure Solution System Health, Program Application availability, and Capacity Management
• Troubleshoot/Remediate/Maintain systems & applications
• Operational System Management (trouble tickets) - input, re-route, field, and escalate as appropriate.

Qualifications of the Senior Cloud Engineer include:

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering
• Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure Code (IaC) and DevSecOps experience (Bicep, ARM, PowerShell, CLI)
• Experience with C4 networks, Cloud technologies, data and AI, security, business application design & implementation
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent industry work experience)
• Must acquire a CompTIA Security+ within the first 30 days of hire
• Must have and maintain an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Compensation for the Senior Cloud Engineer includes:

• Salary Range: $ 165,000-175,000 **depending on experience**
