Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Professional Customer Relationship Manager - Account Executive (CRM) to join our team. In this role, the CRM will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key customers (IC, TF, and 2LTRs), ensuring their needs are met, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. The CRM will collaborate closely with Amentum Business Development, customer support, and talent teams to provide tailored solutions that align with Amentum and MDA goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

Needs Assessment: Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their needs.

Business Development Support: Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth.

Account Strategy: Develop and execute account plans to achieve long-term success, including setting goals and performance metrics.

Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer within the IRES organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring high-quality service.

Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve client issues or concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.

Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement, and drive customer satisfaction.

Mission Insights: Stay informed about mission and industry trends, providing valuable insights to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred, or 10+ years of direct tier-one experience).

3+ years of experience in account management or customer relationship management within the technology sector (DoD experience preferred).

Strong understanding of technology products and services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Proven track record of achieving business development targets and driving customer satisfaction.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM tools/software.

Ability to work in a collaborative environment and engage with cross-functional teams.
