Key Skills/ Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional relevant experience preferred.
• Must be able to take initiative, communicate with team members, and identify
and resolve potential issues.
• Translate technical objectives into user level requirements and training/Human
Factor related criteria.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools
• Squad/Platoon/Company level tactical and leadership experience on required
platform.
• Creation of and Instruction with military formatted documentation.

Knowledge or expertise in any of the following military weapon systems and
concepts is a plus:
• M1126 Stryker
• M1151 HMMWV
• M1A2 V2 Abrams
• M2A3 Bradley
• M1278 JLTV
• Infantry / Dismounted Operations
