All Points is currently seeking a Field Maintenance Command and Control (FMxC2) systems analyst/SME at Scott AFB, IL delivering effective IT solutions and services to the Department of Defense, as they modernize their information systems. We are looking for a candidate with significant hands-on experience in the use of the Maintenance Information System (MIS) FMxC2/G081 with a strong technical background to make well thought out recommendations for future technology insertion.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:
All Points is currently seeking a Field Maintenance Command and Control (FMxC2) systems analyst/SME at Scott AFB, IL delivering effective IT solutions and services to the Department of Defense, as they modernize their information systems. We are looking for a candidate with significant hands-on experience in the use of the Maintenance Information System (MIS) FMxC2/G081 with a strong technical background to make well thought out recommendations for future technology insertion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use knowledge and experience with FMxC2/G081, Global Reach, Info-Assist+, and other programs/tools within the FMxC2/G081 Maintenance Information System (MIS) environment to ensure AMC equities are accounted for and integrated into future capabilities.
- Acts as a SME for the FMxC2/G081 MIS; provide field-level insight to current program enhancements and new program development that affect MAF.
- Obtains information from customers, technical organizations and engineering pertaining to software and product requirements to recommend enhancements to the program.
- Research and provide recommendations for various events (i.e., various technology exhibits, MIS technical interchange events, etc.) that may provide information on programs and systems to enhance IT applications for USTRANSCOM, AF, and MAF IT
- Supports the enhancement and implementation of IT applications to meet functional business processes in support of MAF Global Mobility mission and MAF users.
- Investigates IT solutions for compliance and interoperability with the objectives of USTRANSCOM and Air Force data strategies.
- Monitors, schedules, coordinates and manages the enhancement of services to ensure IT solutions are within schedule, cost, quality, and objectives for USTRANSCOM, AF and MAF IT logistics processes
- Coordinates with Air Force led agencies to enhance and implement a common system to capture, access, and display, a common operating picture for critical logistics information from the source transactional systems. Facilitates requirements enhancement, operation and sustainment of prototype applications, models and databases to identify optimal solutions for integration concepts and problems integral to the integration process.
- Identifies technical approaches and prepares a description of anticipated prototype results as required by the COR.
- Identifies and provides process improvement areas as they pertain to logistics, IT, and FMxC2/G081 and proposed course of action within HQ AMC/A4, to improve the efficiencies in support of Logistics Enterprise Architecture (LOGEA) and Air Force Enterprise Logistics Strategy (ELS).
- Ensures all applicable Mission Innovate and All Points Logistics, LLC deliverables are updated and/or provided as specified by the contract on time.
- Performs Action Officer (AO) duties, as needed, in support of various HQ AMC IT events.
- Position is on-site at Scott AB, IL; No remote option.
- Computer Skills: Working with various forms of computer technology is a necessity to include MS Office and using custom software
- Direct Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a FMxC2/G081 user or technician within the past 10 years. Salary commensurate with years of experience.
- Customer Service - Must possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Interfacing with AMC leadership, FMxC2 users, and associated program management entities to make improvements.
- Organization Skills - Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects.
- Attention to Detail - Must possess excellent document review and editing skills to ensure continuity of information and document formatting.
- US CITIZENSHIP & active and current SECRET clearance required.
- BA/BS, or HS diploma/AA with 3-5 years' experience
- 3 - 5 Years
- Working knowledge of FMxC2 (G081) obtained through advanced education and work experience.
- Experience with AMC's C2 systems associated with FMxC2, e.g. GDSS, Global Reach, ETIMS, IETM, EMOC, and LEAP
- Experience in Mobility or other military aircraft maintenance
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Operating Systems (OS) Certification (Windows 11 OS, etc.)

- ACTIVE, CURRENT, AND FULLY ADJUDICATED (NO INTERIM) US DoD SECRET CLEARANCE (OR HIGHER) REQUIRED
