Core Responsibilities - Psych Tech:
- Be the first line of support by conducting mental health assessments, clinical interviews, and standardized psychological testing.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group counseling.
- Monitor and report patient progress while ensuring safety through precautionary measures.
- Assist with referrals to public, private, and military agencies to ensure continuity of care.
- Offer compassionate support to individuals facing acute and post-traumatic stress reactions.
Core Responsibilities - LPN/LVN:
- Deliver hands-on patient care, including administering medications and monitoring treatments.
- Recognize and respond to emergent patient care situations, ensuring swift and accurate interventions.
- Perform support duties for complex diagnostic tests and procedures, assisting RNs and MDs.
- Educate patients and families, promoting healthy outcomes and providing emotional support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless and high-quality care.
✅ Requirements - Psych Tech:
- Certificate in Psychiatric Technician training or equivalent education and experience.
- 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Technician after graduation.
✅ Requirements - LPN/LVN:
- Certificate from an accredited nursing program.
- 1 year of practical or vocational nurse experience post-graduation.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license.
