YOU'D LIKE TO DO THIS
We are seeking a Program Manager who can oversee all aspects of program execution of our Counter-UAS Directed Energy programs. The selected candidate would be responsible for:
- Ensuring master program baselines (cost, schedule, and performance) are developed and followed, identifying, and mitigating program risks, and directing internal and external team members for successful completion of project that meets customer requirements, on time and on budget.
- Using experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.
- Tracking subcontractor costs and prepares monthly internal/external financial and program deliverables with support from Technical SME's and Program Control staff.
- Interfacing with the customer, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders such as contracts/subcontracts, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
- Aiding with proposal development, contract negotiation, contract compliance, and business development.
- Proposal preparation, which may include assisting with plans, specifications, and financial terms of the contract.
- Experience with Directed Energy is strongly preferred.
YOU'RE REQUIRED TO HAVE THIS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in management/program management.
- Experience with/understanding of DoD contracting and acquisition processes.
- Must be proficient in use Microsoft business tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Current/Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain full scope.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building and tracking an integrated master schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
- EVMS experience to include working with a resource-loaded IMS.
- Experience working with US Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) or other US Army acquisition organizations.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential.
- The ability to clearly communicate technical information in written reports & briefings is highly desired.
- Be extremely organized with strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Experience as part of a cohesive team and be able to deliver the highest quality service.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
