Five Rivers Analytics, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the multi-functional operations support team and provide broad-based operational support for the Satellite Control Network Tracking Station Operations, Remote Site, and Mission Partner Support (STORMS) Program.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience providing quality assurance documentation analysis and inspection assessments to ensure efficient operation of a highly successful defense contracting program management office.

Responsibilities
- Conducts regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Performs work under general supervision.
- Develops and implements processes and procedures to improve the quality program.
- Manage/update/add/subtract personnel and related information in program level tracking database.
- Performs analyses, assessments, and develops and implements program process improvements.
- Engages with Program Management and remote site managers on routine matters.
- Manages and maintains quality checklists, updating document directive data, reviewing completed checklist to identify program compliance.
- Assists leadership in preparing monthly/quarterly reports; reviews budget adjustments, purchase orders, purchase requisitions, payment requests, and other documents for leadership review.
- Reconciles and verifies invoices, purchase card and timecard data.
- Confers with CONUS and OCONUS Site Leads to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented processes or procedures.
- Develops and updates functional and/or operational manuals outlining established methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policy.
- Tracks new hire status from recruiting through arrival at OCONUS work location.
- Oversees new hire status tracking; setup assigned timecard project codes, project charging review and error analysis/corrections.
- Reviews, tracks and submits tickets through Shared Services for pay and leave accrual issues if applicable.
- Processes employee expense reports and corporate card purchases; reconcile receipts per approved expenses.
- Assists personnel in completing travel forms and other business transactions pertaining to travel, may deliver personnel files and travel orders to PMO Management as requested.
- 10% Travel requirements CONUS and OCONUS
- This is a hybrid role with in-office requirement weekly in Colorado Springs, CO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with four years' experience or High School Diploma/GED) with six years relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- High-level analytical ability.
- High level problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend and implement alternative set-up and/or operations for complex systems.
- Detail-oriented and possesses the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in providing administrative support to senior executives.
- Solid work ethic and excellent customer service skills and professional presence.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience in using Excel for data analysis and functions/formulas to make informed decisions.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance.
- Understanding compliance and financial documentation.
- Quality Assurance experience in the Satellite Control Network (SCN).
- Call and case quality audit and analysis experience strongly preferred.
- Adverse Event reporting experience strongly preferred.
- Adverse Event reconciliation experience strongly preferred.
- Quality check and analysis process experience preferred (including fax redactions, call transcriptions, and data collection).
