Concept Plus is seeking a Sr. Software Developer to provide software development for client applications including design, development, implementation, and support of needed services. As part of the technical team support implementation and maintenance of client applications via AGILE methodology across all environments (dev, test, production) adhering to required standards.

About the role
Concept Plus is seeking a Sr. Software Developer to provide software development for client applications including design, development, implementation, and support of needed services. As part of the technical team support implementation and maintenance of client applications via AGILE methodology across all environments (dev, test, production) adhering to required standards.
What you'll do
- Support the design and development of client program changes for interface requirements, software changes, and Cloud migration impacts to integration and operations.
- Manage software changes and data changes needed for client Applications at Enclaves and Cloud One Environments.
- Support the AGILE team supporting client application development and maintenance. Manage DevSecOps coordination working with Cloud Administrator and Operators and support testing needs of customer as per their availability.
- Incrementally develop/build (code or configure), test, and demonstrate changes to Product Owners based on PI Planning and Iteration Planning priorities and commitments, and associated design criteria, ensuring integration into and interoperability within the client structure of all subsystem components, modules, releases, configurations, and operational capabilities.
- Participate actively in iteration planning, retrospective, backlog grooming, and user centered design and user interface processes. Support accelerated release on demand paths that may occur due to regulatory guidelines and/or other program needs.
- Have development experience with Java, Struts 1 & 2 knowledge, Web UI, JSP pages, Oracle knowledge, .NET Core knowledge, REACT knowledge, Tomcat, Web sphere 7, Visual Studio, C++, ASP.Net, C#, WebLogic, IIS, HTML, Perl, MS SQL Server, Oracle 19c, SQL.
- Participate in meetings with client teams as needed and provide input to make informed technical decisions regarding client applications and interfaces.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship w/ ability to gain/maintain government clearance
- 10+ years of experience with Software Development
- 5+ years of experience with
- JAVA, Tomcat, WebSphere 7, IIS, HTML, Visual Studio, C++, ASP.NET, C#, WebLogic
- Perl, MS SQL Server, Oracle 19c, ATLASSIAN Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- 2+ years of AGILE Development experience
- Understands what an NSN and an RSP kit are
