Program Overview
About The Role
Peraton seeks an Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Modernization SME to support strategics operations in EW, force modernization, and Army EW capabilities. Location: Taylor Building and Pentagon, Arlington, VA
Tasks include:
- Provide SME-level expertise in EW.
- Produce Army EW capability recommendations for Force Design updates. Support TOE, MTOE, and TDA updates via the Change Management Plan (CMP) process.
- Conduct analysis/recommendations of force structure and equipping initiatives
- Identify EW DOTMLPF-P solutions/developments across Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Army, and Joint communications ensuring gaps are addressed/mitigated.
- Develop learning demands to inform production of EW Demonstration, Experimentation, and Prototyping (DE&P), ACIDS requirements documents and EW strategies.
- Develop orders that address execution of ACM-EW DE&P
- Support all efforts regarding ACM EW-assigned Integrated EW System capability (Advanced Countermeasures, Modular EMS System (MEMSS), Spectrum Analyzer, Family of Delivered EW (FDEW), Multi-Function EW (MFEW) Air Large, MFEW Air Small, MFEW High Altitude, and Terrestrial Layer System)
- Assist in Congressional responses for all DOTMLPF-P EW topics
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will also consider HS+ 16 years of experience.
- Must have extensive Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) experience and knowledge
- Have EW knowledge of the following: Advanced Countermeasures, Modular EMS System (MEMSS), Spectrum Analyzer, Family of Delivered EW (FDEW), Multi-Function EW (MFEW) Air Large, MFEW Air Small, MFEW High Altitude, and Terrestrial Layer System
- At a minimum must have the following documented:
- Four years of experience in EW/CEMA at the HQDA or equivalent level and above
- Experience and knowledge of military documentation process, JCIDS requirements analysis, and PPBE
- An in-depth understanding of the structure, functions, and specific key personnel across OSD, Joint Staff, HQDA, CCMDs, TRADOC, and the ASCCs including ARCYBER, CCoE and other TRADOC CoEs
- Must possess excellent writing, editing, and briefing skills
- Must have demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Must have demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet short-suspense deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must have completed formal courses equivalent to or relevant to HQDA processes and systems
- Requires active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI.
