Overview of Opportunity

Two Six Technologies is seeking an Information System Security Manager to lead security operations for the Electronic Systems business unit and its portfolio of programs. This role provides strategic leadership across personnel, physical, industrial, and information security functions, ensuring strong inter-team collaboration, operational efficiency, and risk management for diverse national security programs. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned technology and security professional with experience managing complex projects and processes and coordinating with a broad range of individuals and teams. This position resides within the electronic systems business unit; it will collaborate heavily between program managers and corporate security and compliance teams.
What You Will Do:

• Lead security operations for the Electronic Systems business unit. Collaborate with program managers to understand program security and technology needs and translate these into courses of action to implement with Two Six's security and IT teams.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and technical controls to protect information systems.
• Assist program managers with the processing and maintenance of security clearances, access certifications, and other controls for the business unit's program portfolio. Advise on best practices and approaches and craft concept of operations (CONOPS) and other documentation to support program delivery.
• Collaborate with and support the corporate security team including the Contractor Program Security Officers (CPSOs), Facility Security Officers (FSOs), and Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) across multiple security disciplines, including personnel security, information security, physical security, and industrial security.
• Develop, implement, and manage security policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for classified and special access programs (SAPs).
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on facility security accreditation efforts, including SAPF/SCIF construction, Construction Security Plans (CSPs), and TEMPEST compliance.
• Assist corporate teams with audits, inspections, and self-assessments, ensuring successful government inspections and compliance with security regulations.
• Support security aspects of proposal development, business development activities, and planning for new contracts and RFP submissions.

What You Will Need (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• IAM Level II certification per DOD 8570.01M or an equivalent certification.
• Experience implementing, supporting, and leading security assessments aligned with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171/53, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience in security or program management for DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional security initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with internal and customer stakeholders.

Nice If You Have:

• PMP or other security certifications (e.g.,CISSP, CISM, Security+, etc.).
• Previous experience supporting agencies such as DoD, DARPA, NSA, FBI, CIA, DOJ, or DHS.
• Experience managing DCSA security programs, SCIF/SAPF accreditation, and facility security operations.

Security Clearance:

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to obtain a polygraph.

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range

$107,900 - $218,700 USD
