DeVine provides educational and technical support services to government clients.
Our company is looking for a Manager, Instructional Design and Language Learning, to join DeVine in a full time capacity. This position will be supporting a government customer, hence only US Citizens may be considered.
DeVine offers a variety of services to our clients, including but not limited to: instructional strategy, instructional design, and implementation of educational technologies.
The Manager Instructional Design and Language Learning will support programs for foreign language skills, distance learning and associated technologies. Instruction is participant-centered and tailored to each student's learning needs. Lesson content is infused with topics culturally relevant to regions where students may be expected to operate seamlessly with the miltiaries and populations around the world. Each course is designed to target growth in all four modalities (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), build cross-cultural knowledge, and enhance intercultural communication skills. Courses are organized one-on-one or with groups of two-to-four students. Online courses connect students anywhere in the world synchronously with native language instructors, at times convenient for each their schedule.

Requirements and preferred experience:
• BA/BS degree or higher in a related field of study
• Must have at least five years’ experience in the teaching of foreign languages
• Must have experience in Instructional Design or Instructional Systems Development (ISD) certified
• Prior experience in Federal projects a plus
• Current Secret Clearance or higher preferred
About the position:
• Position Type: Full-time, Must be U.S. Citizen
