BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a Program Quality Engineer to support the F35 production program in New Hampshire. In this role, you will help amplify the voice of Quality with proactive and predictable implementation of the quality sciences.

As a Program Quality Engineer you will leverage your knowledge and experience of the quality sciences to help the team meet quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets. This role focuses on communication with internal and external customers, championing continuous improvement, and helping the team make decisions and drive actions based on data.

Responsibilities include:
  • Participating in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities
  • Control of non-conforming materials, including leading containment and disposition activities
  • Provide end user support of F22 Database, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to professionals across the organization
  • Overseeing Production Process Verification (PPV) / First Article Inspections (FAI)


Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience or 4-8 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Access.
  • Self-starting problem solver with a fact-based focus on continuous improvement
  • Organized; capable of juggling several tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Active Secret or higher
  • Experience with the Quality Management Systems AS9100 or ISO9001
  • Familiarity with:
  • TIPQA
  • Paperless
  • Oracle
  • PDM


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
