Koniag Information Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with a Secret Clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Washington, DC.

The Agile Project Manager will support the Government Customer with a wide range of project management functions in the consolidation, review, and updates of project and associated reporting and analysis. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Manager with strong Scrum Master skills to join our growing team. In this role, this person will be responsible for leading and supporting agile software development projects, guiding teams towards successful product delivery. They will be a champion for agile principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and iterative environment that embraces continuous improvement. Experience with industry tools/applications is a plus (JIRA, Qlik, Tableau, Databricks, MS Project)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Basic software business suites and ERP suites such as: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Oracle, and/or others
- Scaled agile tools such as: Vlookup, Jira/Atlassian suite of tools
- Customer Requirements Management tools such as: ServiceNow and/or Salesforce
- Experience using and configuring APIs and CI/CD pipelines
- Dashboarding software tools such as: Power BI, Confluence, Databricks, Tableau, Qlik among others
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and release plans.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track and manage project progress, budget, and risks.
- Proactively identify and resolve impediments and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Report on project status and metrics to stakeholders.
- Scrum Master:
- Guide and coach the development team on Scrum principles, values, and practices.
- Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Foster a self-organizing and empowered team environment.
- Remove impediments and distractions that hinder the team's progress.
- Shield the team from external interference.
- Promote continuous improvement and learning within the team.
Requirements:
- 2-5 of years of experience
- Minimum Scrum Master level I certified, (highly preferred to be Scrum Master II certified)
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree (in the fields of: data analytics, data science, or data engineering) highly preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and levels of an organization
- Strong organization skills and focus on accuracy and consistency
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Secret clearance required
