SPAARK, Inc. is currently seeking an Executive Administrator to support our customer, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This position is based in the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA)/National Capital Region (NCR) at various FBI facilities.
PROGRAM SUMMARY:
- This position will support the Accounting & Technology Section (ATS) of the FBI. This section of the organization responsible for administration and management of initiatives that are critical to the FFD and to the FBI's overall financial management infrastructure. These initiatives encompass the selection, implementation, and sustainment of multiple Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS), Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS), and custom applications, tools, and technologies needed to ensure the FBI's mission.
JOB DUTIES:
The contractor shall support various administrative functions for the ATS Section Chief and Assistant Section Chief, which may include, but is not limited to:
- Drafting correspondence and meeting materials.
- Scheduling and calendar management.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings.
- Planning, booking, and submitting travel arrangements.
- Screening and returning phone calls.
- Making copies of and scanning documents.
- Managing and maintaining effective filing systems compliant with FBI records management requirements.
- Managing organizational action items and deliverables; interfacing with facility managers on building-related issues.
- Submitting facilities maintenance tickets.
- Escorting visitors and uncleared personnel to the office space for meetings.
- Setting up conference rooms ahead of meetings.
- Tracking floor personnel.
- Assisting with onboarding new government employees and contractors to help with cubicle assignments, computer access, access badges, etc.
- Maintaining accountability of office supplies and other equipment (elevator cards, bureau vehicle assignments, etc.)
- Supporting ad hoc administrative projects.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
- At least four (4) years of experience as an Executive Assistant directly supporting a senior executive.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with DoD-specific programs and software.
- Highly Proficient in collaboration, triage of executive requests, and delegation of duties or executive requests.
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities.
- High level of attention to detail with an ability to anticipate, mitigate and follow-up as needed.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
CLEARANCE LEVEL :
- Top Secret

- Bachelor's degree desired
