Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Program Technical Manager with experience within Science and Technology (S&T) program management to provide professional technical, analytical and programmatic support for basic research, applied research, and advanced technology development programs associated with surface, including amphibious, undersea, and ground naval platforms, naval materials and undersea weapons in support of the Office of Naval Research (ONR).

- Assist the Program Manager with management and oversight of program objectives.
- Assist in coordinating conferences, demonstrations, expositions, events, meetings, technical reviews, etc.
- Maintaining briefings; and assisting in coordinating input for data calls, such as budget exhibit submissions, congressional requests for information and budgetary drills.
- Assist in developing and maintaining key documents and master plans that incorporate all relevant studies and analyses .
- Support technical management of programs including acquisition plan development, representation of the government project manager where required, and assessment of performance in terms of technical objectives, costs and schedule.
- Support the management and execution of programs by updating Task Planning Sheets, Mission Model Canvas sheets, quad sheets, Fact Sheets and drafting portfolio review slides
- Assist in the development of databases for technical and programmatic tracking of key deliverables and milestones.
- Assist in the preparation of program status reports and after-action reports following major program reviews or key events, as required.
- Support preparation of draft briefing materials, meeting/trip agendas, reports, correspondence, and action item tracking.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with DoD RDT&E program/budget exhibits & RDT&E strategic plans.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- This position requires a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance within 24 month prior to the time of hire.
- Seven (7) years of experience in engineering, mathematics, or science, including biology, chemistry, computer science, and physics.
- Recent experience (last 5 years) in federal acquisition and budgeting.
- Experience in evaluating and developing analytical models, procedures, and techniques.
- Experience in executing and reviewing technical studies, analysis, and design activities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (specifically, Word, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint Online, Teams and Excel).
EDUCATION:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and seven (7) years of experience in engineering, mathematics, or science, including biology, chemistry, computer science, and physics OR a master's degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of experience in engineering, mathematics, or science, including biology, chemistry, computer science, and physics.
