This position requires you to be willing to be on call after hours for emergency response. You must possess excellent writing, verbal, organizational and customer service skills as well as be a self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must be able to lift 60 pounds. A valid driver's license is required as you will be required to travel on company business. There are occasions where you must be willing to be on call after hours for emergency responses.

What You Will Do

• Changing combinations, rekeying, and repairing a wide variety of safes, cipher, and commercial door lock hardware.
• Developing and maintaining keying systems for all RMD buildings and accurately maintaining critical Lock & Key records.
• Developing and delivering lock operation training to diverse groups of various sizes.
• Collaborating with other Security departments and Facilities management to ensure compliance with NISPOM and other government requirements. Additional duties may be assigned, at supervisor's discretion.
• Planning, scheduling and arranging activities in accomplishing objectives both within an individual and team environment

Qualifications You Must Have

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Min of 6 years of commercial locksmith experience
• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
