Senior Project Manager
Location: Huntsville, AL / Hybrid Remote
Description:
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our team on large-scale and complex projects. The candidate will manage the development and maintenance of the DD1391 Processor and its related applications, supporting Military Construction (MILCON) programs and ensuring compliance with relevant Army and DoD policies.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all project aspects, utilizing a Java stack for developing complex web applications.
Manage a team of software engineers/developers, ensuring adherence to software development principles and industry best practices.
Provide Tier 2 Help Desk support as needed and ensure proper quality control via the PAX Change Management (PCM) program.
Perform system analysis and provide cost estimates for system changes.
Ensure all technical documentation is developed and maintained.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of MILCON Budget Book submissions and related business rules.
Proficient in Java/JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing DD1391-related systems; 6+ years with PAX DD1391 & PC Apps.
