Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Program Analyst to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) PATIO activities. The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.
Responsibilities:
1. Support to the PATIO Front Office with managerial, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and fiscal skill sets will be instrumental in building processes, policies, and infrastructure.
3. Support to the PATIO Front Office with managerial, leadership, communication, and problem-solving will be instrumental in building processes, policies, and infrastructure.
4. Advise office leadership on business, administrative, programmatic and financial matters within the office.
Experience:
1. 8 year or more of experience providing programmatic, business operations, and budget support to the Government, including developing program budgets, developing office level budgets and acquisition processes are required.
2. Knowledge of the full scope of business and programmatic processes, procedures and policies within a R&D technical office required.
3. Experience with ARPA processes and direct support to Government program managers highly preferred.
4. Professional curiosity, continuous drive for learning, and the ability to focus on assigned tasks are critical attributes of the ideal candidate.
