We are looking for skilled fabricators with experience in electronics and electro-mechanical assembly to contribute to a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and solder components onto circuit boards and sub-assemblies based on engineering drawings.
• Fabricate and install wiring harnesses, including connector pinning, de-pinning, and mounting hardware applications.
• Integrate sub-assemblies into single or multi-bay cabinet systems for Engineering and Production.
• Work with computer-based programs to update job status, quality inspections, and engineering changes.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Fabricators, Draftsmen, Procurement, and Quality Inspectors to ensure precision and quality.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in electronic fabrication, cable/harness assembly, SMT board fabrication, or maintenance of military-grade products.
• Prior certification in soldering and harness assembly to MIL-STD requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Experience using Microsoft tools and industry-related software.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Soldering certification (J-STD-001, IPC-7711/IPC-7721).
• Familiarity with procurement and acquisition of test materials.
