THE WORK
• The F-35 Development market segment is looking for an experienced professional to conduct the job responsibilities as follows:
• Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
• Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
• Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
• Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.
• Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
• Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator.
• Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
• Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.
• Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

Basic Qualifications:
•Extensive knowledge of program performance management, EVMS, and integrated cost and scheduling tool implementation.
•Bachelor's degree
•This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Desired Skills:
•Experience with Open Plan.
•Extensive knowledge of developing & maintaining
Integrated Master Plans (IMP) & Integrated Master
Schedules (IMS)
•Knowledge and understanding of PM Compass and
VIPER.
•Experience working AGILE programs.
•Strong multitasking skills.
•Proven ability to collaborate and integrate with cross-functional teams.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent combined education and experience, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
