ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Subject Matter Expert (PPBE SME) to join our team. This is a Hybrid position located at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA with 2 to 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Translate functional requirements identified by system users to the technical team - helping to ensure technical solutions resolve the intent of the identified requirement
- Support user training when requested - helping new users make the connection between the functions of system and the Air Force PPB processes
- Assist with help desk functions, in person, or over the phone or virtually
- Help developers translate technical functionality to users such that users can apply the knowledge to perform daily tasks
- Provide support to other systems, as requested and approved by the Program Manager
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 8+ years' experience specific to the DoD PPB process
- 2+ years' Air Force Planning, Programming and Budget (PPB) experience
- Extensive knowledge of the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting (PPB) process
- Provide Air Force PPB process support, as required by the Government.
- Ability to understand the AF PPB process and translate the processes into the specific requirements used to develop system
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience specific to the Air Force PPB process
Security Clearance Requirements:
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
