CACI is seeking a cleared Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support an Army Pro ject Management Office on Ft Belvoir, VA. Position requires knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and demonstrated skills in managing cost, schedule, performance in a program office; product life cycle management; project team management; and preparing acquisition and contracting documents. Secret clearance required.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Assist in the execution of Foreign Military Sales case management across the entire Project Office product line s
  • Assist with preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment
  • Assist in m aintain ing and manag ing the program budget and master schedule , including management and tracking of FMS deliveries
  • Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations
  • Collect, complete, organize and interpret programmatic, technical, and financial data in support of FMS cases.
  • Assist in the development of Manpower and Travel Data Sheets (MTDS) and other funding documentation in support of FMS case lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of important meetings and schedules for implementing FMS strategies.
  • Assist in the development of FMS Price and Availability (P&A) and other FMS case documentation.
  • Write and develop case notes and establish case development methodologies, covering hardware, publications, services, training, and technical assistance lines.
  • Prepare and assist with the development of briefings to internal and external stakeholders, including Foreign Partners and manage and track action items
  • Review and make recommendations on newly requested FMS cases and LORs


You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and > 3 years of FMS experience
  • Previous experience with FMS Case Lifecycle Management (cradle to grave)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have :

    • Prior experience supporting a US Army Project or Product Management Office


    Work Location: Ft Belvoir (onsite 5 days a week)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
