Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee technical and administrative personnel across multiple disciplines, including engineering, application programming, and systems development. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing task orders and ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and personnel management across multiple disciplines.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of assigned task orders or interdependent projects.
- Schedule and assign work to subordinates and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with work quality standards and contract/task order requirements.
- Monitor progress, resolve discrepancies, and implement technical solutions within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
- Supervise personnel involved in all aspects of project activity, ensuring successful completion of assigned tasks.
- Interface with all stakeholders, including end users, IT teams, and client services, to ensure project alignment.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage vendor relationships, track deliverables, and integrate vendor tasks into project execution.
- Exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills to address complex technical, administrative, and managerial challenges.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification: PMP or FAC/PPM equivalent certification required.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of related experience, including 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Security Clearance: Successfully adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
