We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we maintain responsibility for technical activities or analyses and provide analytical support in the execution of program and product activities in a PM or PEO organization. You'll work with program leadership to monitor the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects using tools like Micro sof t Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint and maintaining daily interactions with customers, project leads, and budget analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to directly impact a government client while learning how to contribute to program strategy and eliminate risks across projects. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience with technical and business spe cia lties used to plan and direct a systems acquisition program
- Experience developing plans to manage, maintain, and complete all aspects of assigned projects
- Experience establishing priorities, maintaining, and controlling all project milestones and directing effective utilization of project resources
- Experience managing some or all aspects of a project in engineering, procurement, production, budget ing, integrated logistics support, testing, configuration management, product improvement, fielding, and readiness monitoring
- Knowledge of weapon system review requirements and coordination and program management reviews
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Knowledge of the annual ACAT program and Non-Program of Record reviews, P-Form and R-Form coordination, smart charts, and Army parade and recertification
- Knowledge of fiscal law applications, the Weapon s System Handbook, GAO or AAA audits, Congressional Justification Book ( CJB ) updates, and Exhibit 300
- Bachelor's degree
