We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we maintain responsibility for technical activities or analyses and provide analytical support in the execution of program and product activities in a PM or PEO organization. You'll work with program leadership to monitor the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects using tools like Micro sof t Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint and maintaining daily interactions with customers, project leads, and budget analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to directly impact a government client while learning how to contribute to program strategy and eliminate risks across projects. You Have:

• Experience with technical and business spe cia lties used to plan and direct a systems acquisition program
• Experience developing plans to manage, maintain, and complete all aspects of assigned projects
• Experience establishing priorities, maintaining, and controlling all project milestones and directing effective utilization of project resources
• Experience managing some or all aspects of a project in engineering, procurement, production, budget ing, integrated logistics support, testing, configuration management, product improvement, fielding, and readiness monitoring
• Knowledge of weapon system review requirements and coordination and program management reviews
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of the annual ACAT program and Non-Program of Record reviews, P-Form and R-Form coordination, smart charts, and Army parade and recertification
• Knowledge of fiscal law applications, the Weapon s System Handbook, GAO or AAA audits, Congressional Justification Book ( CJB ) updates, and Exhibit 300
• Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
