Candidate will provide technical and programmatic support an Army Program Office responsible for the development of Foreign Military Sales programs.
Duties will include:
-A bachelors degree in Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred.
-Candidates must have significant experience and technical understanding of IBCS and FAAD C2.
-Demonstrated experience engaging and briefing executive level staff and foreign partners.
-Understanding of foreign military sales processes is desired.
-Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes
-The successful candidate will be highly organized, flexible and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet suspenses.
-Candidate must be able to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use their own knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product
-Candidate must be able to travel periodically to attend meetings and brief foreign partners.
-Excellent written and verbal communication's skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment
-Candidate must be a resident of Huntsville, Alabama or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area.
-Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.

Duties will include:
- Provide executive level briefings to potential foreign partners demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of Army's Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) and Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control (FAAD C2).
- Serve as the subject matter expert for IBCS and FAAD C2 International Programs Office.
- Respond to Letters of Request (LORs) to provide Requests for Information (RFI), P&A, and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data
- Track program/project status and schedules; apply policies and procedures for financial planning
- Perform program management, technical, and business case analyses
- Analyze program requirements, status, budget and schedules
- Participate as a member of and supports the overall PMO
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards
