OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to contribute to our fast growing government business! As a senior program manager, you will lead client engagements focused on operationalizing innovation in the federal market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology. You'll deliver high-quality deliverables that meet and exceed your client's every expectation. You'll identify new and creative ways to connect the government with startup technology companies, help the government change the way they operate to be more agile and innovative, translate government use cases to private sector speak, and help to impact government missions.

GENERAL DUTIES:
Client Success
- Become a trusted advisor and partner for our government clients as they work to bring in innovative and agile cutting-edge technologies and integrate those technologies into their missions
- Ensure we deliver exceptional quality and superior value-add work to our clients on time and exceeding client expectations
- Establish clear client retention goals and milestones, consistently checking in on progress toward goals
- Anticipate client needs and proactively craft long-lasting strategies with support from the account and client success leadership teams
- Provide creative, novel perspectives and approaches to how the government operates in the areas of policy, acquisitions, finance, culture, and processes, in order to drive innovation and agility inside their missions
- Deliver workshops, write assessments and reports, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to help clients solve their toughest problems
- Proactively collect feedback from the client, review client concerns, and improve the client experience
- Organizational Change Management experience is a plus
- Review and understand contract terms and conditions to ensure the company is compliant with client contracts at all times
- Continuously monitor risks and propose solutions for fast resolution
- Implement strong communication plans with clients related to contract status, risks, issues, opportunities, etc.
- Monitor contract spending, deliverables, and burn rates; work closely with leadership and operations to ensure timely invoicing and contracting actions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of relevant work experience; particularly in government delivery in a client-facing role
- Prior experience in government, performing government-facing client work, or managing government contracts. Experience working with clients within the DoD or Pentagon is a plus.
- Experience managing small teams
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Ability to challenge client mindsets and offer alternative ways of approaching work while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively craft solutions
- Proven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
