DUTIES:
Video Control Station variable shift work in order to interactively perform a series of duties to include:
• Configure and perform tape ingest into the AVID system to facilitate production requirements
• Maintain JRTC’s Video Archive
• Perform Audio & Video signal routing and recording from VCS to other fiber supported locations
• Perform operator maintenance and troubleshooting on VCS and VMRE equipment
• Duplicate, package and deliver video take-home packages
• Responsible for vehicle dispatch and duties as Video Base radio operator.
• Daily shift duties will include sign in/out log, customer service, sensitive item accountability and shift change briefs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Experience:
• High School graduate with proficiency in Microsoft office programs that include Word, Access and Excel.
• Selected applicant will exhibit good oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of standard military terminology, rank structure and OCCS radio procedures.
Desired Experience:
• Video Branch experience as a Field Camera Operator.
Additional Experience:
• Must be in good physical condition, capable of prolonged sitting.
• Must be able to work irregular hours that include weekends.
• Must be able to travel unaccompanied throughout the continental US and foreign countries.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance within 1 year of hire.
• Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening; Will be subject to random drug screening.
• Must possess a valid Louisiana State Drivers License (or equivalent).
