Description

Markon is seeking an experience project integrator to support the duties of a COTR for an intelligence customer.

The PI will assist the customer in acquisition planning and execution, and should possess knowledge of contract types used by the Government to support the duties of a COTR. This individual will help assess the health of the contracts in execution, develop acquisition approaches, and assist in drafting artifacts to enable successful acquisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and recommend appropriate contract types to achieve acquisition objectives.
  • Assist in crafting acquisition approaches and artifacts, including eliciting, capturing, prioritizing, and documenting requirements
  • Assist in program planning, resource allocation, and tracking top-level project execution
  • Assist COTRs in monitoring progress against contract milestones and deliverables
  • Support COTR in reviewing technical specifications and ensuring that they are aligned with the Government's needs
  • Assist COTRs in participating in technical exchange meetings and provide input on technical issues
  • Support COTRs in reviewing performance metrics
  • Assist COTRs in reviewing contractor invoices, ensuring they are accurate
  • Support COTRs in processing and documenting contract modifications, including reviewing mod requests and ensuring they are properly authorized
  • Assist COTRs in maintaining accurate and complete records of contract administration and performance, including contract milestones and deliverables.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's with 10 years' experience or 13 total years' experience
  • 3 years in the Intelligence Community in a similar role
  • Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph


Salary Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $176,500.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
