Job Description: The candidate will provide intelligence support to the CUSTOMER Laboratory Intelligence Unit including data exploitation, the production of raw and tactical analysis, and intelligence support, requiring experience in intelligence report writing.
Key Responsibilities: Intelligence Analysts are expected to produce required deliverables independently or, if directed by their Supervisory Intelligence Analyst (SIA) or Unit Chief (UC), in collaboration with other intelligence personnel. Intelligence Analysts are expected to leverage their US Intelligence Community (USIC) experience and functional expertise to gain and/or deepen their understanding of threats related to their assigned programs and must be able to develop intelligence exploitation, analysis, and production deliverables associated with their program, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of intelligence analysis work experience in the USIC writing raw and/or tactical intelligence products.
- Experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and processes.
- Strong interpersonal ability, demonstrated by at least three years of experience working on a multi-disciplined team or within a team environment.
- Strong editorial and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least two years of experience in copyediting, print-publishing, or other writing-heavy responsibilities.
- At least five years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Desired Qualifications:
- Intelligence Analysts with previous military, law enforcement, or other federal government/non-USIC experience is also desired. Additionally, Intelligence Analysts with a hard science or technical background are preferred but not required.
- Any experience having certified release authority to release and/or disseminate intelligence products is also preferred.
Security Clearance:
- Support services performed on-site at Government facilities will require all Contractor personnel to possess and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance and Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearances.
- To maintain TS/SCI access, the Contractor employee may be required to participate and pass a Counterintelligence (Cl) focused Polygraph which will be required for the processing of SCI or entry into CUSTOMER Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) areas. If warranted, Contractor personnel will moreover be subject to an CUSTOMER full field, background investigation for entry into CUSTOMER facilities (SCIF & non-SCIF locations). The CUSTOMER will be the final adjudicator for all access authorization.
- Contract Intelligence Analysts must sign a CUSTOMER Non-Disclosure Agreement to access internal investigative networks and databases. On an annual basis, as directed by the government, Contract Intelligence Analysts with TS/SCI clearances shall file a Security Financial Disclosure Form (SFDF) to remain eligible for SCI access.
