Technology Security Associates is currently seeking a Program Protection Security Analyst, Journeyman level, to support our government customer at NAS Patuxent River, MD.
Be proficient and capable of execution of duties pertaining to personnel security, physical security, and information security. Implement security processes necessary to protect classified information, with strict adherence to NISPOM, DoDM 5200.01 Vol. 1-3, DODI 5200.02, DoDI 5200.48, and other applicable Executive Order and DoD regulations. This position will require routine interface with all levels of management and government customers.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform routine clerical and administrative functions in support of PMA-271
- Schedule and coordinate conference rooms for unclassified and classified meetings
- Working knowledge of Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
- Check clearances, verify visits, and send visits as needed
- Issue visitor badges to all visitors
- Issuing building access badges
- Open/Close Labs and Secure Conference rooms
- Understand how to receive and sign for classified packages
Qualifications Required:
- 5 or more years of experience pertaining to personnel security, physical security, and/or information security. An allowable substitution is an associate's degree plus 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Strong initiative
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision
- Problem solving/process improvement skills
- A strong administrative skillset. Must have a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
- Must have reliable transportation due to facility location
Qualifications Desired:
- An Active Top-Secret clearance
- Working knowledge of DISS
- Worked with BASIC II
- Understand SAAR forms
- Understand DD form 254
